  • Please gather your birth date, time, and place.
    Take a few moments before your session to set an intention, reflect on what feels alive for you, and create a quiet, undisturbed space for the call.

  • You can still receive a powerful and meaningful astrology reading.
    When the birth time is unknown, I work with the planets and signs rather than the houses. This means we won’t be able to explore the Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven, IC, or house placements; however, there is still a great deal we can uncover together.

    We can look deeply at:

    • your soul’s evolutionary intentions

    • karmic patterns and past-life themes

    • planetary archetypes and inner dynamics

    • major transits and life cycles

    • relationship patterns and purpose

    • your gifts, challenges, growth edges and calling

    Even without a birth time, the session remains rich, revealing, and incredibly supportive.

  • Readings take place live via Google Meet. The link is sent automatically upon booking.

  • Yes. You are welcome to record the session for your personal use. Please request recording at the beginning if needed.

    • Payments must be made before the session.

    • Readings are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment time.

    • No-shows receive no refund.

    • If you cancel up to 2 hours before your session, you may request one complimentary rescheduling.

  • Your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, it is considered a no-show.

  • Yes. If you require a reading within the next 48 hours, please email directly to check availability.

  • Absolutely. Some clients book quarterly or monthly sessions for ongoing guidance. Packages are available please check the Astrology Readings Page.

Courses

  • Yes. The Awaken Astrology Course is designed for beginners and intermediate students. More advanced courses, such as Synastry & Composite Charts or the Professional Astrologer Mentorship, build on foundational knowledge.

  • For Level 1 (Awaken Astrology), no previous experience is required. For advanced courses, you will see recommended prerequisites listed on the course pages.

  • We offer both:

    • Live courses with weekly Google Meet classes. These calls are recorded.

    • Recorded courses that you can begin anytime.
      Each course page specifies the format.

  • All live calls are recorded and uploaded to your course portal. You can revisit them at your own pace.

  • You receive lifetime access to all course videos, PDFs, manuals, and bonuses.

    • Live Courses: Non-refundable from 30 days before the start date.

    • Pre-recorded Courses / Digital Products: Non-refundable once purchased.

    • Payment Plans: Must be completed. Missed payments lead to immediate access removal. No refunds on amounts already paid.

  • Yes. Students who complete required coursework receive a certificate of completion. The Professional Astrologer Mentorship includes certification for professional practice.

  • All live courses include a private group space for discussion, support, and connection with fellow students. Some recorded courses include optional community access.

  • Yes. Payment plans are available for most courses. See each course page for options.

  • Occasional scholarship places are offered for specific programs. Announcements are sent via the email list.

  • Occasionally I offer exchange-based places for highly aligned professional skills (such as video editing, social media or podcast support) or for students with significant social media reach. These are offered privately and on a case-by-case basis. If a collaboration feels aligned, I will reach out directly.

  • Yes. Gift cards for readings or courses are available upon request.
