Module I: Grounding & Safety
Weeks 1–4
This opening phase establishes the containment required for intuitive development to unfold safely and coherently. The focus is on grounding, nervous system regulation, and energetic sovereignty. Stability is prioritised before perception expands.

Gaia is an evolutionary astrologer and teacher with over a decade of experience guiding students into embodied intuitive development. She has trained hundreds of students in astrology, energy literacy, and grounded spiritual practice.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that intuition unfolds naturally when the nervous system feels safe and the energetic field is well regulated. Rather than encouraging spiritual acceleration, her teaching emphasises discernment, containment, and integration.
Gaia is a Reiki Master and has taught Reiki and intuitive energy development for over nine years. She has facilitated yoga teacher trainings for nearly a decade, supporting students in cultivating presence and nervous system awareness through the body.
