REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and payment responsibilities for all services offered by Evolutionary Astrology Academy, including astrology readings, courses, payment plans, and retreats. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Astrology Readings and 1:1 Sessions

All astrology readings must be paid for in full before the scheduled session.

The following terms apply, in alignment with industry standards:

  • Astrology readings are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be refunded.

  • Clients who cancel within 24 hours and up to 2 hours before the session may receive one rescheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session are considered a no-show.

  • No-shows receive no refund and no reschedule.

  • If the rescheduled session is missed or cancelled, no further reschedule or refund will be offered.

2. Online Courses (Live or Pre-recorded)

These terms apply to both group programs and self-paced offerings:

  • Courses are refundable until 30 days before the course start date.

  • Courses become non-refundable within 30 days of the start date.

  • Courses that include immediate digital access are non-refundable at any time, in accordance with digital product regulations.

  • If a student withdraws after the course begins, no refund will be issued.

3. Payment Plans

Payment plans are offered to support accessibility and require full completion.

The following terms apply:

  • All payments in the plan must be completed.

  • If a payment is missed, access to the course or program is removed immediately until payment is made.

  • Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from the course without refund.

  • Payments already made in a payment plan are non-refundable.

4. Retreats and In-Person Events

Retreats require extensive advance preparation and are subject to the following industry-standard terms:

  • Deposits are always non-refundable.

  • Retreat payments are 50 percent refundable until 90 days before the retreat start date.

  • No refunds are issued within 90 days of the retreat start date.

  • In special circumstances, and at our discretion only, the deposit or payments may be transferred to a future retreat. This is not guaranteed and depends on retreat location, logistics, and availability.

  • Participants are responsible for travel arrangements, personal circumstances, and appropriate travel insurance.

    5.Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. While the terms above remain in effect, you are welcome to contact us if a situation arises. Any exceptions are made at our sole discretion and must be agreed in writing.
